Produced only with the freshest ingredients and as much locally sourced produce as possible. The menu offers a wide range of starters, sharing dishes, classics, vegetarian and vegan options and treats for you to enjoy!

At RUBY we serve a wide range of premium and affordable beers, cider and stout on draught and in bottles.

As well as this we have an extensive range of spirits, wines, soft drinks and alcohol free beers and ciders for our customers to enjoy! All served refreshingly cold.
